As Client Services and Marketing Support Assistant, your role will be varied and interesting, with no two days the same. Acting as one of the first points of with The Good Exchange users, you will need patience and understanding to help users register, and set up projects, or funding schemes on the web-platforms, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Using your empathetic and understanding style you will manage user complaints and issues providing solutions and alternatives. Conducting due diligence checks, verifying and approving both applicants, applicant projects, and potential funders will require an excellent attention to detail.
You will also help with general marketing activities in support of the marketing plan and in developing the business. This will include helping to keep the website up-to-date, providing support for up-coming events, setting up webinars, helping to manage The Good Exchange’s database, following up leads and helping with specified social media activities.
What we are looking for
While experience gained from an externally-facing role would be helpful, the successful candidate will need to be confident in establishing good relationships with stakeholders (mainly on the telephone or via e-mail), focusing on customer satisfaction. The need to demonstrate correct, succinct and clear written and spoken English together with proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential skills for success.
