The two-year programme
You will ensure that DXC exceeds client expectations, monitor the profitability of the programmes that are delivered as well as work closely with the Client and Account Delivery team. You will have the opportunity to become a Scrum Master and be measured on deliverables and timelines.

'I joined the DXC Graduate Programme in 2016 after gaining a degree in Mathematics with Finance from the University of Liverpool. Throughout the graduate scheme with DXC I have had the opportunity to work in different areas across the Digital Applications Business from automating test scripts to learning the latest cloud technologies with AWS and management assignments. The graduate scheme has allowed me to explore a wide variety of roles and given me the resources I need to continuously up-skill and thrive in my career. I am now part of the Management team that majors in the applications and testing domains whilst also spearheading the rollout of the Digital Transformation Units across the UKI region'. Emily.

'I joined DXC in 2016 onto the Infrastructure Service Delivery graduate scheme. Since joining the scheme I have had an enormous amount of opportunity with a highly supportive manager which has helped me to elevate my profile within the company and open up opportunities I never knew existed. Being in Infrastructure services you are at the epicentre of DXC’s operations, this has enabled me to gain a deep understanding of how we deliver services to our customers and drive excellence through everything we do. At DXC I’ve had the opportunity and support to gain experience in varying role within the organisation including service management improvement, Internal on site Wintel support and Continuous Improvement lead. I have become a trusted member within the team to drive improvements in the way we operate our business and push to deliver the best results for our customers. Throughout the programme, I am regularly challenged to grow my knowledge, responsibility and push myself to achieve more. As well as this, DXC strive to have a flat management structure which gives us the exposure to learn and network with senior managers. Since joining DXC I have also become a STEM ambassador and help to run our yearly DXC codes; A global challenge where we strive to inspire young girls and boys to learn and develop their coding skills. 'I joined the DXC Infrastructure Service Delivery graduate scheme in 2016. Being in the Infrastructure area allows you to gain a clear understanding of the fundamental principles of the delivery within the IT industry. You will gain an understanding of the practices of how to deliver services to our clients and continual drive for better. It has allowed me the push and challenge myself in ways I didn’t think I could. Whilst being at DXC I have been given experience and opportunity to grow and develop through a variety of different projects'. Tomasena.
